| Haven't had any updates for a long time. No access of Xanga in China, that's why. My recent love are wines from St. Emilion. Forward, bursting fruits, sweet, and smooth finish. Good burgundys are really nice too. Could finish one bottle by myself in a night, easy. I don't really like wines from the left bank though. Too tanic. Or i haven't met them at the right time? | | |
| A bit exhausted, but it's not too bad as things are winding down. Some thoughts... Le Pin Having the chance to try a few vintages and meeting the owner in a wine tasting event(such as the ok vintage 97,99 to the gorgeous 98 and 89) And i think other then the explosive nose of the 98(i personally like the 98 better), i can't really see much of the difference in quality, compared to its Pomerol peers. But for a price tag of at least 30K HK per bottle even for a normal vintage? Come on... I'd rather have 2 cases of good vintage Angelus for the same price(Just kidding) I'll give it one more try. Never will i buy any bottles over 200HK... Celebrities Sightings Tony Leung, Michelle Reis, Elva Siu(on clutches) and some other random C list actor/actress i dun even wanna mention. Bumping into them in less than 10days (and yes, within 3 metres distance) Is HK (or Shanghai) really that small? Cous i thought stars should just stay on screen... Happy Chinese New Year for the Piggies~~~oink | | |
| I used to think that i don't really like drinking. And I drink, because everyone does. Or rather, somebody does. And now, i realised i really like drinking. It brings you different feelings when you feel happy or sad. ***************************************************************************** Calon Segur 98 Can only think of two words to describe it for the time being. Elegant and subtle. | | |
